Direct Access
In the state of California, you can directly see an Physical Therapist for evaluation and treatment of an injury. You are permitted up to 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first. If you do not improve as expected, a doctor’s referral is needed for continued care.

Evaluations
This is a 60-min or 75-min long process that evaluates the way you move, tests your posture, range of motion and strength. A plan of care and treatment plan is developed at this point to guide your recovery.
Manual Therapy
This is a variety of joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques to address mechanical restrictions in the body. These are physical barriers created by tight joints, muscles, connective tissue and fascia, limiting range of motion in a joint.
Motor Control Exercises
These are exercises for your brain which strengthen neuro-path ways that have been interrupted due to pain or injury. These happen with every injury and are often left untreated if not addressed.
Neuromuscular Re-education
These are hands-on techniques that improve quality of motion and control of a joint and connection to the body. This also includes posture training exercises that bring the body back to an efficient state.
Return to Sport & Strength Training
Individualized programs and in person group sessions tailored to meet you where you are at in your rehab or performance metamorphosis. Virtual and in-person options available.

Group Classes
Athletic Development
This is for Youth Athletes. Kids are seperated into similar ages or sport. Past groups included Hockey Players, Freestyle Skiiers, Cross Country Runners and Nordic racers. This is for the middle school aged athlete looking to get an edge during this crucial period of development.
Train like a Girl
This is for either Youth or Adults females. Each session has a focus to help prepare females for lifting in the gym. Tuesdays at 4 for Teenagers.
Ski/Snowboard Prep
This is for adults who are recovering from a leg injury or surgery and want to return to skiing or snowboarding. Mondays at 1pm.
Run L ab
This class dorks out on all things running, from movement analysis, to gait retraining, running specific drills and conditioning, and corrective exercises for posture, reciprocation, foot health, and injury prevention.
Strong Mama
This is for the Mama who is finally able to make time for herself. General strength and conditioning which helps to improve overall health and well being
Mountain Ready
This is for the uphill athlete, whether Summer trail runner or winter skimo athlete. Endurance based training will help build stamina in the mountains.
General Strength & Conditioning
A general strength class that works the core, arms and legs. This is also offered at Crowley Lake Community Center in the Spring and Fall seasons to help with transitioning into changing sports.
